Easy Cheesy No Cook Pasta Bake recipe

Although this Easy Cheesy No Cook Pasta Bake is NOT traditional by any means, it is delicious and SOOOO easy. This is my take on the trend and it’s safe to say I’ll be making it again and again. There’s nothing better on a super busy weeknight than a one dish no-fuss meal.

What You'll Need:

+ 1 lb. Pasta (I used Fusilli Col Buco)

+ 1 jar favorite Marinara Sauce

+ 1 cup finely grated Parmesan

+ 2 1/4 cups Water

+ Splash of Red Wine

+ 1 tsp. dried Oregano

+ 1 tsp. dried Basil

+ 3 cloves Garlic, finely minced

+ 1 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper flakes

+ Salt & Pepper to taste

+ Few dabs of Butter (optional)

+ 1 1/4 cup Mozzarella, shredded

+ Fresh Mozzarella (optional)

+ Fresh Basil for garnish

Steps:

1. Add all ingredients except the mozzarella and fresh basil.

2. Cover with foil and bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

3. Remove and stir to ensure no pasta is sticking together.

4. Top with mozzarella cheese and pop it back in for approximately 10-15 minutes minutes.

5. You can broil it for 1-2 minutes if you would like it golden brown on top.

6. Remove from oven, garnish with fresh basil & enjoy! * Note that it will continue cooking a bit once removed from oven *
