Easy Garlic Lemon Pepper Shrimp

This is our go-to shrimp dish when we want something simple and quick that’s packed with tons of flavor. As always, they taste like restaurant quality at home thanks to Chef Merito’s seasonings. We used their Garlic Salt and Lemon Pepper seasonings and love them because they’re rich, bold, and make at-home recipes so easy. This shrimp recipe is so delicious and perfect during summertime – you have to try it for yourself! Here’s a video of exactly how I make this recipe.

Steps:

1. Season shrimp with Chef Merito Garlic Salt, Chef Merito Lemon Pepper, paprika, and crushed red pepper.

2. Heat oil in a pan over medium, add shrimp, and sauté until pink/opaque (and C-shaped). Remove shrimp from pan and set aside.

3. In the same pan, add butter, garlic, white wine, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until shallots are translucent and mixture is fragrant.

4. Serve shrimp and pour sauce overtop. Garnish with parsley and enjoy.

4. For the garlic bread, combine butter and garlic salt. Spread onto bread and bake at 400 for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
