Burrata Fig Crostini

With the award season coming up, it’s the perfect time to celebrate with these delicious Burrata Fig Crostini bites! They pair perfectly with a decadent cheeseboard and delicious cosmopolitan. They’re not only cute and festive, but also SO easy to make and perfect for entertaining. Be sure to enjoy them for all your upcoming festivities!

One of the great things about his recipe is that it’s so simple to customize it based on your preferences or the time of year. If figs aren’t in season, that’s okay! You can always replace them with peaches (or any other stone fruit like nectarines, plums, etc.), pears, apples, and so much more. You can even use ricotta or stracciatella if you’re not able to get your hands on burrata. Feel free to mix, match, and enjoy! I hope you love these little bites as much as we do!
