Creamy Cannoli Dip

I know this is a bold claim, but we’re making the best and most Creamy Cannoli Dip! It’s so light, fluffy, and delicious – you have to try it for yourself! I love making this ahead of time for parties because it tastes fresh out of the fridge for days.

What You'll Need:

+ 1 1/2 cups Ricotta cheese

+ 1 cup Mascarpone cheese or cream cheese

+ 1 1/4 cups Heavy Whipping Cream

+ 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar

+ 1 tsp. Vanilla extract

+ 1/2 tsp. Almond extract

+ 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips plus more for garnish

+ 1/4 cup pistachios, roughly chopped plus more for garnish

+ 2 tsp. Orange zest plus more for garnish

Steps:

1. In a large mixing bowl, add ricotta, mascarpone, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Mix until well combined.

2. In a separate medium mixing bowl, add Heavy Whipping Cream. Using a hand mixer, whisk on high speed until thickened and stiff peaks form.

3. Slowly fold the whipped cream into the cheese mixture. Add chocolate chips, pistachios, and orange zest. Mix until combined. Serve with cannoli/waffle chips and enjoy!
