Maple Bacon Brussels Sprouts thanksgiving fall side dish

This is my idea of a perfect Thanksgiving side dish – Maple Bacon Brussels Sprouts! It’s beyond simple and packed with flavor. I love that it’s crispy, sweet, savory, and takes less than half an hour. Doesn’t get much better than that 🙌🏼 Enjoy!

What You'll Need:

+ 1 1/2 lbs. Brussels Sprouts

+ 2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

+ Salt & Pepper to taste

+ 3-4 slices Bacon, sliced into 3/4 inch pieces

+ 1 1/2 tbsp. pure Maple Syrup

+ 1 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar

+ 1/4 cup Pine Nuts, toasted

Steps:

1. Coat brussels sprouts in olive oil, season with salt & pepper and toss.

2. Roast at 425 degrees for approximately 20-25 minutes (flipping/tossing half way through).

3. Toast pine nuts over medium heat and add to the brussels sprouts and bacon.

4. Coat with maple syrup and balsamic vinegar.

5. Toss & enjoy!
