My idea of a perfect Thanksgiving side dish are these Maple Bacon Brussels Sprouts! They’re beyond simple and packed with so much flavor. I love that they’re crispy, sweet, savory, and takes less than half an hour to make. It doesn’t get much better than that! I hope you try it and love it as much as we do – enjoy!

How To Make Maple Bacon Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
- 1½ pounds Brussels sprouts, sliced in half
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt to taste
- Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
- 3 to 4 slices bacon, cut into ¾ inch pieces
- 1½ tablespoons pure Maple Syrup
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup pine nuts, toasted

Step-By-Step Recipe Method
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- In a large bowl, add the Brussels sprouts and mix in the olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
- Roast the Brussels sprouts for approximately 20 to 25 minutes (flipping/tossing half way through).
- Meanwhile, toast the pine nuts over medium heat and add to the Brussels sprouts and bacon.
- Top with a drizzle of maple syrup and balsamic vinegar, then toss until thoroughly combined. Enjoy!
