Here’s a video of how I made my Breakfast Sliders! For another delicious recipe, check out my Cheesy Hot Italian Sliders.

What You'll Need:

+1 pack King’s Hawaiian Original Hawaiian Sweet Pretzel Slider Buns

+ 8-10 eggs

+ 16 oz. sausage

+ 12 oz. bacon

+ Colby Jack cheese (I used 8 slices)

+ Cheddar cheese (I used 1 cup freshly grated)

+ Salt and pepper to taste

+ Maple syrup for dipping

+ Splash of milk and water (for eggs)

Steps:

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a greased baking dish or parchment lined baking sheet, form into a square slightly larger than the size of sliders. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.

2. Meanwhile, place bacon onto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for approximately 20 minutes or until golden and crispy. Once done, set sausage and bacon aside.

3. In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, a splash of milk, and a splash of water. Whisk until thoroughly combined.

4. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tbsp. Butter and cook eggs until they reach your desired doneness. Set aside.

5. Then, assemble the sliders. In a baking dish place the bottom layer of buns, sliced cheddar cheese, large sausage patty, scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, more cheese.

6. Bake at 375 for approximately 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Cut them into pieces, dig in, and enjoy!
