I grew up loving Wood Ranch and this is my Copycat Wood Ranch Peanut Coleslaw recipe! I love this because it’s fresh, healthy, and so delicious. Not to mention that it’s the perfect dish to make ahead of time for spring and summer entertaining because it’s even more flavorful the next day. It doesn’t even have no mayo in it! How To Make My Copycat Wood Ranch Peanut Coleslaw

Ingredients – For The Salad
- 4 cups Napa cabbage or green cabbage (I like the crunch from Napa)
- 3 cups red cabbage
- 1 cup celery, finely diced
- 1 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 ½ cups dry roasted peanuts
- ½ cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Ingredients – For The Dressing
- ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ⅓ cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons peanut oil
- 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoons celery seeds
- 2 tablespoons sugar, honey, agave, or maple syrup
- Salt & pepper to taste
Step-By-Step Recipe Method
- In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, red wine vinegar, sesame oil, peanut oil, garlic powder, celery seeds, sweetener of choice (sugar, honey, agave, or maple syrup), salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Then add Napa (or green) cabbage, red cabbage, celery, green onions, peanuts, cilantro, and sesame seeds.
- Toss to combine and thoroughly coat, serve, and enjoy!
