I love making this ahead of time for parties because it tastes fresh out of the fridge for days and is always a hit with friends and family.
How To Make My Creamy Cannoli Dip

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Ricotta cheese
- 1 cup Mascarpone cheese or cream cheese
- 1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips plus more for garnish
- 1/4 cup pistachios, roughly chopped plus more for garnish
- 2 teaspoons orange zest plus more for garnish
Step-By-Step Recipe Method
- In a large mixing bowl, add the ricotta, mascarpone, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Mix until well combined.
- In a separate medium mixing bowl, add the heavy whipping cream. Using a hand mixer, whisk on high speed until thickened and stiff peaks form.
- Slowly fold the whipped cream into the cheese mixture. Add the chocolate chips, pistachios, and orange zest. Mix until combined. Serve with cannoli/waffle chips and enjoy!
