Crispy Garlic Feta Fries

crispy garlic feta fries

Crispy. Garlic. Feta. Fries. Need I say more? After having my fries with this savory garlic oil and salty feta I don’t want them any other way. Not to mention how easy and fun they are to make! I could honestly eat these every day and they’re sure to be a crowd pleaser. Perfect for a unique appetizer or flavorful dinner side. I’m going to keep this short so you can get started because you HAVE to try these. Enjoy!

Check out another one of my favorite appetizers here.

What You'll Need:

+ 3-4 Russet Potatoes thoroughly cleaned and dried (you can peel based on preference)

+ Extra Virgin Olive Oil

+ 2-4 Cloves of Garlic depending on how much you like it (we used 4 😜)

+ Lawry’s Garlic Salt

+ Fresh Cracked Black Pepper

+ Crushed Red Pepper

+ French Feta (try to find French feta as it’s much more creamy and mild! It makes all the difference in this dish)

+ Garnish With Chopped Parsley

Steps:

1. Coat your fries with olive oil, garlic salt and pepper and bake at 425/450 degrees for approximately 15 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

2. Combine about 3 tbsp. olive oil, finely minced garlic and crushed red pepper – stir on low/medium heat for a couple minutes.

3. Plate fries immediately, top with garlic oil, add crumbled feta and chopped parsley.

4. Serve with ketchup (optional) and enjoy!
