HOLIDAY BAKED BRIE BITES

These sweet and savory Holiday Baked Brie bites are perfect for entertaining! They’re so simple to make, done in under 30 minutes, and always a crowd pleaser!

What You'll Need:

+ 1 pack puff pastry

+ ½ 8oz. Wheel of Brie Cheese, cubed

Sweet Option:
+ Apples, cubed

+ Fig jam

+ Pecans, chopped

+ Flaky sea salt

Savory Option:
+ Genoa Salami, quartered

+ Sun Dried Tomatoes, strained, pat dry, and chopped

+ Fresh Thyme

+ Freshly grated parmigiano reggiano

Steps:

1. Lightly grease a mini muffin tin. Roll out the puff pastry until it’s approximately 10”x14” and cut into 24 squares.

2. Place the squares into the greased muffin tin.

3. For the sweet option add brie, apples, fig jam, and fresh thyme. For the savory option, add salami, sun dried tomatoes, brie, and fresh thyme.

4. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

5. Remove and top the savory option with freshly grated parmigiano reggiano and the sweet option with flaky sea salt. Serve and enjoy!
