healing Wellness Tonic Tea recipe for cold and flu season

One of my best friends, Kelly, shared this Wellness Tonic Tea recipe with me and I’ve been making it ever since. It’s a must this cold & flu season. Simple, not very delicious, but worth every sip. A very different kind of CHEERS!

What You'll Need:

Servings: 2
+ 4 cups Water

+ 1 knob ginger, peeled and smashed

+ 1 tbsp. Turmeric

+ Juice of 1 lemon

+ 1 tbsp. Manuka honey

+ ¼ tsp. Cayenne

+ ¼ tsp. Cracked black pepper

+ 4-6 drops oil of oregano


Combine all ingredients except honey and oil of oregano to a pot and bring to a gentle simmer. Let steep and simmer for about 5 minutes.

In a mug, add honey, oil of oregano, and wellness tonic tea. Best to do this at the very first sign of a cold but has been helping me so much!
