What You'll Need:

For the Chicken Wings:
+ 2 lbs. Chicken wings, drumettes and wing flats

+ 3-4 tbsp. Chef Merito Chicken Wings Hot Seasoning

For the Jalapeno Ranch:
+ 1 ¼ cup sour cream

+ ¼ cup mayonnaise

+ ⅛ cup buttermilk

+ 1 jalapenos, seeded and roughly chopped

+ ¼ cup pickled jalapeno, strained

+ 2 tbsp. Fresh chives

+ Juice of ½ lime (about 1 tbsp.)

+ 2 tsp. Onion powder

+ 1 tsp. Chef Merito Garlic Powder

+ 2 tsp. Dried parsley

+ 1 tsp. Dried dill

+ 1 tsp. Dried chives

+ 1 tsp. Salt

+ ½ tsp. Black pepper

Steps:

1. In a large mixing bowl, add chicken wings and Chef Merito seasoning. Toss to coat and place into the fridge to marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes.

2. Air fry wings at 400 degrees for approximately 20 minutes, flipping halfway through. For a conventional oven , bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through. Using a wire rack will help achieve crispiness and mimic an airfryer. For Eddie’s method, grill them!

3. Meanwhile, in a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients and blend thoroughly combined and smooth.

4. Serve and enjoy!
