Chipotle Chicken Dip

If you’re a fan of Buffalo Chicken Dip, then you have to try my Chipotle Chicken Dip for the game day! It’s perfect for entertaining and so easy to make. You can even use the leftovers in sandwiches and they’re just as delicious. I hope you try it and love it as much as we do!

What You'll Need:

(Serves 8-10)

+ 2 ½ cups Chicken, shredded

+ 1 8oz. Package Cream Cheese, softened

+ 1 cup Mayonnaise

+ ½ cup Hot Sauce of choice

+ 1 cup cheddar cheese, divided

+ 1 cup monterey jack cheese, divided

+ 3-5 Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (depending on preference)

+ 1 red bell pepper, diced

+ Juice of ½ Lime

+ 1 tsp. Garlic powder

+ ½ tsp. Chipotle powder

+ Salt and pepper to taste

+ 1 Fresno chili pepper, thinly sliced (optional)

+ 1 bunch green onions, sliced


1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2. In a food processor or blender, combine mayo, softened cream cheese, hot sauce, chipotles in adobo, lime juice, garlic powder, chipotle powder, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth and the ingredients are thoroughly combined.

3. In a large mixing bowl, add shredded chicken, cheese, bell pepper and chipotle sauce. With a rubber spatula stir to combine.

4. Transfer to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

5. Garnish with green onions, fresno pepper, and serve with chips for dipping!
