I LOVE that it requires nothing but baking the day-of. All you have to do is combine your ingredients, transfer to a baking dish and refrigerate overnight. The next morning, bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Dig in and enjoy!

How To: Make-Ahead Cranberry Orange French Toast Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 loaf French bread
- 6 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- Zest of 2 oranges
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
Ingredients – Optional Cream Cheese “Filling” (I like to serve this on the side)
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- Splash of vanilla extract

Step-By-Step Recipe Method
- Grease a 9″ x 13″ casserole dish with butter.
- Cut bread into 1” to 2” cubes. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, brown sugar, milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and orange zest.
- Add bread cubes and dried cranberries to the mixture, then toss to coat. Refrigerate overnight.
- When ready to bake, remove for the refrigerator and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
