Nana’s Crunchy Red Cabbage Salad

You guys loved Nana’s Viral Lemon Parmesan Salad and this is another one of our family favorites. This Crunchy Red Cabbage Salad is only three ingredients and topped with the most delicious apple cider vinegar dressing. It’s so simple, festive, and perfect for entertaining. Not to mention, it’s super healthy and only gets better the next day. Here’s a reel on exactly how I make it. Hope you enjoy!

What You'll Need:

+ 1 head of red cabbage, thinly sliced

+ 1 ½ cup walnuts or pecans

+ 2 apples, julienned

Dressing:

+ ½ cup EVOO

+ 4 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

+ 1 tbsp. honey (more if you prefer sweeter)

+ Juice of 1 lemon

+ Salt & pepper to taste

Steps:

1. Thinly shred or slice red cabbage, julienne apples, and roughly chop nuts.

2. Add cabbage into a large mixing bowl, pour ½ of the dressing over and toss to thoroughly coat.

3. Add apples, nuts, and remaining dressing. Enjoy as is or top with goat cheese or parmesan. Enjoy!
