The Sassi Pineapple

Now this is my kind of green juice! This is one of the best things I ever tasted from the cutest cave café in Matera, Italy. I was blown away and knew I had to recreate it at home! Matera is the oldest city in Italy and 3rd oldest in the world. It was one of the most unique and special we’ve ever experienced. The Sassi di Matera are made up of cave dwellings and that’s where the name comes from. If you’re visiting, you can’t miss this café and have to order the Madonna cocktail (which I attempted to try at home). It turned out so good and took us right back! Cheers!
