Summer is coming to an end and I thought it was the perfect time to make this simple and delicious Tomato Plum Salad (Farmers Market Salad with a White Balsamic Basil Vinaigrette). But, it turns out it’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas judging by the color scheme here. Although it may be my favorite holiday, this was actually unintentional. This delicious salad takes no more than 10 minutes to throw together. I also love that the vinaigrette makes just about everything taste incredible. This salad uses all the great seasonal fruit like tomatoes (yes, tomatoes!) and plums (or any other stone fruit). Hope you love it as much as we do!
