Tomato Plum Salad recipe

Summer is coming to an end and I thought it was a perfect time to make this simple and delicious Tomato Plum Salad (Farmers Market Salad with a White Balsamic Basil Vinaigrette). But… it turns out it’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas judging by the color scheme here. It is my favorite holiday but this was actually unintentional. Anyway, this salad takes no more than 10 minutes to throw together. I also love that the vinaigrette makes just about everything taste incredible. Hope you enjoy!

What You'll Need:

Salad:
+ 5 oz. baby arugula

+ 1-1 ½ cups tomatoes (any variety – diced/halved)

+ 2 Plums (or stone fruit of choice)

+ Stracciatella cheese

White Balsamic Vinaigrette:
+ 1 cup fresh basil leaves (packed)

+ ¼ cup EVOO

+ 2 tbsp. White balsamic vinaigrette

+ 2 tsp. Honey

+ Salt & pepper to taste

Optional: Drizzle with balsamic glaze as well as the vinaigrette

Steps:

Make your white balsamic vinaigrette; then combine all ingredients and enjoy!
