This Vanilla Spice Eggnog Bread Pudding is the perfect holiday dessert and great for feeding a crowd. I’m a big eggnog lover and vanilla spice eggnog is my favorite! Adding it to my recipe results in a bread pudding that’s so rich, creamy, delicious, and full of holiday flavor! Plus, it also doubles as the perfect addition to a morning coffee! What You'll Need:

+ 1 loaf French Bread (6-8 cups), torn or cubed

+ 3 cups Vanilla Spice Eggnog

+ ½ cup Dried Cranberries

+ ½ stick Unsalted Butter, melted

+ ½ cup White Sugar

+ 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

+ 1 tsp. Cinnamon

+ ½ tsp. Nutmeg

+ Pinch of Salt

+ 3 Eggs, beaten

For the Sauce:
+ ½ cup Vanilla Spice Eggnog

+ ½ cup Granulated Sugar

+ 4 tbsp. Unsalted Butter

+ 2 tbsp. Rum (optional)

Steps:

1. Place bread into a baking dish and sprinkle with cranberries.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine eggnog, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg and a pinch of salt. Whisk until well combined.

3. Pour mixture over the bread and let it sit for 10-15 minutes.

4. Drizzle melted butter overtop and bake for approximately 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

5. Meanwhile, in a saucepan over medium-low heat, add eggnog, butter, and sugar. Once warmed and all ingredients are well combined, add rum and cook for 1-2 more minutes. Pour over the bread pudding and enjoy!
