Viral French Bread Pizza

Trying the viral French bread pizza using Chomps organic grass-fed meat sticks! They’re one of our favorite high-protein and sugar-free snacks that are great for busy days on-the-go or incorporating onto holiday charcuterie boards. I thought they’d be perfect to use as a healthier swap in this recipe and it turned out delicious! It’s so simple and is the ultimate quick meal that the whole family (kids included!) will be sure to love. Aside from the original, jalapeno and Italian are a couple of our favorite flavors. What You'll Need:

+ 1-2 Chomps original beef sticks

+ ½ Loaf French bread

+ 6 tbsp. EVOO

+ 1 cup Parmigiano Reggiano, freshly grated

+ 1 tsp. Italian seasoning

+ ¼ tsp. Crushed red pepper

+ ½ tsp. Granulated garlic

+ Salt & pepper to taste

+ Favorite marinara or arrabiata sauce (approximately ¾ cup)

+ Mozzarella pearls (approximately 1 cup)

+ Low moisture mozzarella, freshly grated (approximately 1 cup)

+ Fresh basil to top

Steps:

1. In a small bowl, combine EVOO, Parmigiano, and seasonings. Stir until combined and brush onto the bread.

2. Bake at 400 for approximately 5 minutes or until golden brown.

3. Top with marinara sauce, cheese, and diagonally sliced Chomps original grass-fed meat sticks.

4. Bake at 450 for approximately 12 minutes and broil for 1-2 minutes if desired. Serve and enjoy!
