5 Minute Hummus

5 Minute Hummus dip delicious food recipe party

There are so many ways to make this 5 Minute Hummus but here is my go-to. I got this recipe from my mom a few years back and have been hooked ever since – everyone we make it for raves about it. We love eating it with pita chips, toasted pita, and crunchy veggies. Enjoy!

What You'll Need:

+ Can of Chickpeas, strained and rinsed (if you have some time on your hands remove the skins to make it extra creamy)

+ 2 cloves Garlic

+ Juice of 1 – 1 1/2 Lemons, to taste

+ Light in flavor Olive Oil (love using this so it’s not overpowering)

+ 1 tbsp. Tahini, to taste

+ Salt, to taste

+ Pinch of Cumin (optional)

+ Garnish with Olive Oil, Oregano, Paprika, Sumac or whatever you have on hand!
