Spicy Din Tai Fung Style Green Beans

Spicy Din Tai Fung Style Green Beans

As some of you already know, I LOVE Din Tai Fung and their green beans are one of my favorite things to order! I made my own Spicy Din Tai Fung Style Green Beans by adding some chili oil and they were delicious. They’re crunchy, garlicky, and just the perfect appetizer! You’ve got to try them!

For another delicious appetizer, check out this Crispy Garlic Feta Fries recipe.

What You'll Need:

+ 1 lb. Green Beans

+ 10 cloves Garlic, minced

+ Avocado Oil

+ Chili Oil

+ Salt

Steps:

1. Cut green beans in half and make sure they are thoroughly dried.

2. Add about 1/2 – 1 cup oil to pan, heat on medium-high and add green beans. Make sure to do this in small batches to not overcrowd the pan.

3. Fry for approximately 2 minutes flipping throughout, then place onto paper towel.

4. Remove excess oil from pan.

5. Sauté minced garlic until slightly browned (make sure not to burn).

6. Add fried green beans back in along with chili oil and salt.

7. Combine and sauté for approximately 1-2 minutes.

8. Serve and enjoy!
