These Apple Baked Brie Bites are a spin on one of my all-time favorite easy entertaining recipes. If you haven’t tried the easy Almond Baked Brie yet, it’s a MUST and these are decadent little bites with a similar flavor combo. The melted brie is perfect and the slivered almonds give it some crunch. They’re fun, beyond simple, and so flavorful!
I love making these for a party because they feel fancy but take no time at all. My favorite part is that they come together with just a handful of ingredients. Then, once they’re baked, you’ve got this melty, buttery brie combo with the sweet apple and toasted almond on top. It’s the kind of bite that makes people close their eyes for a second because it’s just so comforting!
Plus, you don’t need to overthink it. Use whatever apples you have on hand (I love Honeycrisp or Pink Lady) and go rogue with toppings if you’re feeling frisky. A tiny drizzle of hot honey? A sprinkle of flaky salt? Yes, please! Make a little tray, serve them warm, and watch them disappear at any gathering! I hope you and your loved ones try these and love them as much as we do!
