Arugula Prosciutto Pizza

This is the perfect quick and easy weeknight meal especially if you’re craving some pizza! I love using different combinations and this Arugula Prosciutto Pizza a nice break from traditional pizza with tomato sauce.

What You'll Need:

+ Pizza Dough

+ 3-4 tbsp. EVOO

+ 2-3 Cloves of Garlic depending on taste

+ 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella

+ Burrata – Optional, I used it because we had it on hand

+ 2 1/2 cups of Arugula

+ Prosciutto

+ Pinch of Salt & Fresh Cracked Blacked Pepper to taste

+ Shaved Parmesan

+ Balsamic Vinegar or Glaze


1. Roll out pizza dough and bake with nothing on it at 450 degrees for 7-8 minutes.

2. Meanwhile combine olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.

3. Remove pizza dough from oven and brush about half of the olive oil mixture on.

4. Top with cheese and place back in the oven for approximately 7 minutes or until golden brown.

5. Toss arugula in renaming olive oil and top the pizza with it along with the prosciutto, shaved parmesan and balsamic/balsamic glaze (optional). Serve and enjoy!
