Caramelized Pear Flatbread

caramelized pear flatbread

This Caramelized Pear Flatbread is such an easy and quick weeknight meal! I love playing around with different flavors and lately this has been one of my favorite combos. You can also make this as a traditional pizza and it’s just as delicious – Enjoy!

What You'll Need:

+ Naan (you can make your own but I took a shortcut and bought it this time)

+ 2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

+ 1 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar

+ 1 Pear Thinly Sliced

+ 1/4 Onion

+ Shredded Mozzarella

+ Feta (or cheese of your choice, Gorgonzola and burrata are also great with this)

+ Baby Arugula

+ Candied Walnuts

+ Salt & Pepper to Taste

+ Balsamic Glaze

Steps:

1. Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, onions and pears and caramelize for about 7 minutes.

2. Top your flatbreads with the mixture and add shredded mozzarella, baby arugula, feta and walnuts.

3. Pop it in the oven for about 10 minutes on 400 degrees or until golden brown.

4. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and season if desired.*

Note: Using Barbera olive oil, Villa Manodori balsamic vinegar, and balsamic glaze – the best
