Best Ever Spiced Peach Crumble

the best summer dessert is this stone fruit crumble that's filled with delicious peaches and it's so quick and easy to make

I can never let peach season come to an end without making the best ever spiced peach crumble! It may be one of the easiest desserts you can make but it’s also one of the most delicious. It’s not overly sweet and perfect for a weeknight treat or to serve while entertaining. And of course, you can’t enjoy it without a big scoop of vanilla bean ice cream.

Here’s a video of exactly how I make my Stone Fruit Crumble, or you can watch how I put it together during a dinner party here. For another delicious dessert, try my Lemon Cheesecake with Blueberry Compote! Enjoy!

What You'll Need:

+ 6 large peaches, sliced

+ Zest of 1/2 lemon

+ Juice of 1 lemon

+ 1/4 cup sugar

+ 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

+ 1/4 teaspoon cardamom

+ 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or extract

+ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

+ 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

For the Crumble
+ 1 cup flour

+ 1/2 cup oats

+ 1 cup brown sugar

+ 1 stick butter, melted

+ 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice

+ 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Steps:

Serves 8

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

2. In a large mixing bowl, add peaches, lemon zest, lemon juice, sugar, pumpkin spice, cardamom, vanilla bean paste and vanilla bean extract. Mix until well combined and set aside.

3. In a separate mixing bowl, add all crumble ingredients and stir to combine. Make sure to leave the larger chunks and not break them up too much.

4. Add the peach mixture to a 9×11 inch baking dish, followed by the crumble on top.

5. Bake at 375 until golden brown, approximately 40-45 minutes. Then broil it for an additional 2-3 minutes to ensure the crumble becomes extra crispy and golden. Serve with vanilla bean ice cream and enjoy!
