Some of my favorite meals require little prep, time, and only one dish. This buttery lemon pepper fish is a perfect weeknight dinner staple. It’s quick, savory, and packed with flavor. I typically use cod for this lemon pepper recipe but tilapia, halibut, or any other mild white fish would work well. I love serving this over a bed of rice or veggies.
