Stop what you’re doing right now and try this Creamy Tomato Basil Pasta! Andrew and I were floored by how delicious and easy this was. When you’re short on time but want a hearty and comforting meal, this is it! It’s creamy, cheesy and perfectly flavored. Hope you love it – enjoy!

What You'll Need:

+ Store bought Ravioli or Tortellini (make it easy!)

+ Broccoli

+ 4 tbsp. Salted Butter

+ 1/3 cup diced Sweet Onions

+ 1 Clove Garlic finely diced

+ 1 tsp. Dried Basil

+ 3 oz. Tomato Paste (I used Mutti and Cento is amazing)

+ 1 cup Heavy Cream

+ 3/4 cup Parmesan (more to thicken if needed)

+ 1/4 cup Pasta Water

+ Salt & Pepper to taste

+ Garnish with freshly grated Parmesan and fresh Basil


1. Boil broccoli and tortellini.

2. In a pan, add butter and sauté sweet onions, garlic, dried basil, tomato paste, heavy cream, and parmesan.

3. Once mixed together, add pasta water, salt, and pepper.

4. Garnish with freshly grated parmesan and fresh basil.
