Delicious Cheese Boregs christmas thanksgiving holiday recipe season side dish

I am so happy to be sharing these Delicious Cheese Boregs – they’re one of our favorite appetizers not only during the holidays but also year-round. I couldn’t believe how just a few ingredients could be so tasty. These are pillowy, cheesy bites of joy (that pair great with a glass of wine). Thank you to my mother-in-law Gina for sharing her famous recipe with me!

What You'll Need:

+ I made 2 kinds: mozzarella and herbed feta)

+ 2 square sheets of Puff Pastry

+ Mixture of shredded Mozzarella, egg, and milk (approximately 1 cup cheese, 1 egg, splash of milk)

+ Herbed feta

+ Water (to seal the edges)

+ Egg wash (to brush on top)


1. Fill the puff pastry with the mozzarella mixture or feta.

2. Fold over in a triangle, seal with water, score with a fork, and brush with egg wash.

3. Pop into the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
