Dinner Party Caprese Salad

this dinner party caprese salad is the spring and summer perfect appetizer for hosting

We recently had some friends over and made this Dinner Party Caprese Salad that everyone loved! I love making this classic dish because not only is it so simple and quick to throw together, but it’s also packed with so much flavor.

Using high quality ingredients really takes this salad to the next level. That means a good balsamic vinegar (this is the one I use), extra virgin olive oil, and fresh mozzarella/produce. It’s also a great dish to make ahead because you can just place it in the fridge until you’re ready to serve. I prepared it about two hours in advance but you can make it earlier than that if you prefer. Just be sure not to dress the salad until you’re ready to eat!

I love serving this Dinner Party Caprese Salad during Spring and Summer because it’s vibrant, fresh, great for gatherings, and so flavorful. Hope you try it and love it as much as we do!
