Festive Raspberry Baked Brie

Festive Raspberry Baked Brie holiday christmas recipe winter season appetizer dessert

You guys… stop what you’re doing right now and preheat your ovens to 350 degrees to make this baby! You know how much I love the almond baked Brie I’ve shared and this Festive Raspberry Baked Brie is a flavorful twist on the classic. So creamy, gooey, decadent and delicious. And this raspberry sauce…. I could literally drink it. It’s the PERFECT appetizer (or dessert!) for Christmas Eve and New Years 😍✨ Hope you love it as much as we do!

What You'll Need:

+ Brie Cheese (medium round)

+ 2 cups Raspberries

+ Dab of Butter

+ 2-3 tbsp. Honey

+ 1 tbsp. Brown Sugar

+ 1 tsp. Balsamic Vinegar

+ Sliced Almonds (toasted optional)

+ Fresh Thyme for garnish

Steps:

1. Bake brie for 15 minutes at 350 degrees (until the top is soft).

2. In a pan over medium heat, combine raspberries, butter, honey, balsamic and a tiny pinch of salt (optional).

3. Stir frequently and allow this to simmer for approximately 8-10 minutes until the consistency thickens (should easily coat the back of your spoon).

4. Remove from heat and set aside.

5. Once brie has finished baking cut the top rind off and spoon raspberry mixture overtop.

6. Garnish with sliced almonds and lots of fresh thyme. Dig in!
