Iced Mint Latte

This is one of our favorite ways to make our iced coffee in the morning. It’s minty, light and so refreshing. The first time Andrew and I tried the Philz mint mojito was early in our relationship during a trip to San Francisco. We’ve been hooked ever since and this is our at-home version of the iced mint latte. Enjoy!

What You'll Need:

+ 18 Mint Leaves

+ 2 Tsp. Sugar (or sweetener of choice)

+ 1 Cup Coffee

+ Frothed Milk (I prefer 2% or half & half)

+ Mint Sprig for Garnish

Steps:

1. Brew your favorite coffee (or espresso).

2. Muddle mint leaves and sugar. Add ice and coffee. Shake to combine, then strain into a cup 1/2 filled with ice.

3. Froth milk of choice and add on top.

4. Garnish with mint sprig and enjoy!
