Sheet pan dinners are the best because they’re super convenient and require minimal cleanup! This delicious Lemon Garlic Sheet Pan Salmon is quick, healthy, fresh, and results in a juicy salmon with tender broccolini. The salmon sits on top of lemon slices which gives it tons of flavor!
After mixing together the garlic butter, all you have to do is place everything on a sheet pan and brush the salmon with the same garlic butter. That’s it! You’re done in under 20 minutes – just be sure to serve it with rice, lemon wedges, and some parsley.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
- 1 medium clove garlic, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Kosher salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 pound broccolini
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 lemons, sliced into rounds
- 4 (6-ounce to 8-ounce) salmon fillets
- Cooked white or brown rice, for serving
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
Step-By-Step Recipe Method
- Preheat the oven to 400°.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, garlic, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- On a sheet pan lined with parchment paper, add the broccolini. Drizzle it with extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine, then spread out to the perimeter of the sheet tray.
- Place 4 rows of lemon rounds onto the sheet tray with salmon fillets directly overtop. Using a silicone brush or spatula, cover all sides of the salmon with the softened butter mixture.
- Bake until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, about 12 minutes. Broil for an additional 1 to 2 minutes for a crispy top, if desired.
- Plate alongside white or brown rice, serve with lemon wedges, and garnish with fresh parsley.
