No-Churn Peppermint Ice Cream

the best and easiest no-churn peppermint ice cream that's the perfect holiday dessert

Nothing says the holiday season like my No-Churn Peppermint Ice Cream, so I had to share this recipe with you! It’s festive, delicious, and SO simple to make. There are just a handful of ingredients and requires very little prep time (aside from letting it freeze)! You have to try this recipe for yourself!

What You'll Need:

+ 2 cups heavy cream, chilled

+ 1 can (14 ounces) Sweetened Condensed Milk

+ 3/4 tsp peppermint extract

+ 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

+ 12-15 drops natural red food dye (optional)

+ 1/4 cup crushed candy canes, divided

+ Pinch of sea salt

Steps:

1. Place a 9” x 5” loaf pan in the freezer to chill.

2. In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to whip cream until it forms stiff peaks.

3. Carefully fold in Sweetened Condensed Milk, salt, peppermint extract, vanilla extract, and natural red food dye.

4. Scoop half of the mixture into the chilled loaf pan and add half of the crushed candy canes.

5. Scoop the remaining ice cream mixture overtop and drizzle with the remaining half of the crushed candy canes.

6. Refrigerate for 6 hours or until firm. Serve and enjoy!
