Salted Caramel Ice Cream

Did you know you can make the easiest and most delicious no-churn ice cream with just a few ingredients? Salted caramel has been my favorite flavor for as long as I can remember so I had to share this no-churn recipe with you! It’s simple, delicious, and refreshing. What You'll Need:

+ 2 cups heavy cream, chilled

+ 1 can (14 ounces) Sweetened Condensed Milk

+ ½ cup Dulce de Leche, divided + more for drizzle

+ 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

+ 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Steps:

1. Place a 9” x 5” loaf pan in the freezer to chill.

2. In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to whip cream until it forms stiff peaks.

3. Carefully fold in Sweetened Condensed Milk, ¼ cup of Dulce de Leche, salt, and vanilla extract.

4. Scoop half of the mixture into the chilled loaf pan, drizzle the remaining ¼ cup of Dulce de Leche and use a spoon to swirl.

5. Scoop the remaining ice cream mixture overtop and drizzle with additional Dulce de Leche Squeeze.

6. Refrigerate for 6 hours or until firm.
