Ingredients
- 2 Flatbreads/Naan (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tablespoons EVOO
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1-2 peaches, sliced
- 1 red onion , thinly sliced
- Fresh burrata
- Fresh basil, chiffonade
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Balsamic glaze (to top)
- Water as needed (for onions)
Step-By-Step Recipe Method
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and bring to temperature. Add onions, balsamic vinegar and a pinch of salt. Stir regularly until onions begin to soften. Once translucent, slightly lower heat and add splashes of water as needed to speed up the cook time. Continue stirring for approximately 12 minutes. Once softened and cooked down, remove from heat and set aside.
- Top flatbread with caramelized onions and peaches. Pop into a pizza oven until golden. If using a regular oven, bake at 425 for 10 minutes or until golden. If using an air fryer, bake at 40 for 8 minutes or until golden.
- Add fresh burrata, basil, a drizzle of balsamic glaze and flaky sea salt. Dig in and enjoy!
