I first tried this at one of our favorite restaurants in Venice a few weeks ago called Antiche Carampane. It was so unique, unexpected, simple to make, and I couldn’t wait to share it with you guys! How To Make My Spicy Aperol Spritz

Ingredients
- 4 ounces Aperol
- 2 ounces lychee syrup (from canned peeled lychee fruit)
- 3 dashes Tabasco (see note below)
- 6 ounces Prosecco
- Splash sparkling water
- Peeled lychee fruit for garnish
Step-By-Step Recipe Method
- Fill a large wine glass with ice.
- Add the Aperol, lychee juice, tabasco, and Prosecco and stir to combine.
- Top it off with a splash of sparkling water and garnish with a cocktail pick or skewer with lychee fruit. Cheers!
