Porto’s Feta Sandwich

This has to be my current hyper-fixation meal is this simple and delicious sandwich inspired by the one and only Porto’s Bakery in LA. It’s perfect for when you don’t know what to make for lunch or for the easiest no-oven dinner! It’s the perfect combination and so easy to make. Here’s a video on exactly how I made it. Hope you love it as much as we do!

What You'll Need:

+ Baguette

+ High-quality Feta

+ Red onion, thinly sliced

+ Tomato, sliced

+ Cucumber, thinly sliced

+ Fresh basil

+ Generous amount of EVOO

+ Red wine vinegar

+ Oregano

+ Flaky sea salt

Steps:

1. Slice your baguette and drizzle with olive oil.

2. Add your sliced red onion (if you don’t like a strong onion flavor, soak onion slices in ice water before assembling).

3. Add the remaining ingredients and assemble your sandwich. Season as you go and use lots of EVOO!

TIP: Because this recipe is so simple, use high quality ingredients to make all the difference.
