Simple Berry Smoothie Recipe

If you’re anything like me, you love a quick and easy snack (like this one) that you can “eat” on the go. One of my favorite things to make in the mornings and after workouts are smoothies! Depending on what you put into them they can pack a ton of nutrients and provide major health benefits. I usually make a green smoothie but I love mixing it up with different flavors. Here is the recipe for my favorite berry smoothie. I use the Nutri Ninja to combine all of the ingredients and love it. Hope you try it out and enjoy!

What You'll Need:

+ Strawberries

+ Raspberries

+ Blueberries

+ Avocado

+ Banana

+ Two Dates

+ Honey Greek Yogurt (or plain unsweetened yogurt if you want it more tart)

+ Unsweetened Almond Milk

+ Collagen Peptides Powder (Vital Proteins is my favorite)
