Spicy Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

You’re going to want to try this spicy roasted red pepper hummus this weekend! This recipe is quick, easy, and packed with tons of flavor! It’s perfect for a game day appetizer that’s a lot more nutritious than your average snack and also great for meal prep to have on hand during the week. I love using it as a veggie/pita chip dip and as a spread on sandwiches and flatbreads. Enjoy!

What You'll Need:

+ 2 15oz. cans chickpeas, strained and rinsed

+ 5 cloves garlic (if you’re not a garlic lover, use 3)

+ 1 cup roasted red peppers, strained and patted dry

+ Zest of 1 lemon

+ Juice of 1 lemon

+ 2 tbsp. tahini

+ 1/4 cup EVOO

+ 1/4 cup ice water

+ 1/2 tsp. cayenne

+ Pinch of cumin

+ Salt to taste
