Spiked Hot Chocolate

This Spiked Hot Chocolate is the perfect drink for a cozy night in! I love making this for a fun cocktail but have also left the booze out and it’s still delicious. The best part? It only takes a few minutes!

What You'll Need:

+ 3 cups Milk (I use 2% or whole)

+ 1 cup Heavy Cream

+ 1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

+ 1/2 cup Sugar

+ 2 tsp. Cinnamon

+ Pinch of Salt

+ 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

+ 5 oz. Kahlua

+ 2 1/2 oz. Vodka

+ Whipped cream, Marshmallows, Cinnamon & whatever you have on hand for topping!

Steps:

1. Add all ingredients – except alcohol – together over medium heat and stir.

2. After about 3 minutes remove from heat and add Kahlua and vodka.

3. Stir and enjoy!
