Toasted Coconut Iced Coffee

Toasted Coconut Iced Coffee latte and drink recipe

Paradise in a cup! This Toasted Coconut Iced Coffee has been our go-to recently. I’m sure you already know that I’m obsessed with coconut and this coffee has just the right amount of flavor without being too overpowering. Try it for yourself and let me know what you think – enjoy!

What You'll Need:

+ 8oz. Freshly Brewed Coffee (I like medium roast for this recipe)

+ 2oz. Milk 

+ 20z. Half & Half 

+ 3-4 tbsp. Coconut Simple Syrup 

Coconut Simple Syrup

+ 1 cup Coconut Flakes sweetened

+ 1 ½ cups Water

+ 2 tbsp. Sugar

Steps:

1. Toast coconut flakes until golden brown, remove from heat and set aside.

2. Add water and sugar to pan and bring to a boil.

3. Add coconut flakes back in and let simmer for approximately 2-3 minutes.

4. Remove from heat and let cool for a minimum of 30 minutes. Store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks – I also love using the leftover coconut flakes in oatmeal and yogurt.

5. Enjoy!
