Burrata and Fig Bites

Burrata and Fig Bites appetizer side dish recipe delicious best

These Burrata and Fig Bites are one of my favorite appetizers to make while figs are in season. They’re one of the easiest “dishes” to make and perfect for festive entertaining! Love these simple little bites of happiness – enjoy!

What You'll Need:

+ French Baguette

+ Figs

+ Burrata

+ Extra Virgin Olive Oil

+ Balsamic Vinegar

+ Honey

+ Salt

+ Pepper

+ Thyme

Steps:

1. Slice your bread, brush with EVOO and toast on 425 for 5-8 minutes.

2. Top with creamy burrata, figs slices, balsamic, honey, salt & pepper.

3. Garnish with thyme!
