You guys! Stop what you’re doing right now and make these Goat Cheese Stuffed Dates!!! They’re one of the easiest and most delicious holiday appetizers around! Sweet, savory and SO FLAVORFUL. They’re sure to be a crowd pleaser and the best part is that they take about 15 minutes to assemble. Hope you give them a try and enjoy!

What You'll Need:

+ Medjool Dates, pitted

+ Goat Cheese

+ Fig Preserves

+ Prosciutto

+ Thyme

+ Honey

+ Salt

+ Pepper

Steps:

1. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and bake prosciutto at 350 for about 10 minutes until crispy.

2. Mix goat cheese, fig preserves, thyme, salt and pepper.

3. Stuff dates with the cheese mixture and crumble the crispy prosciutto on top.

4. Drizzle with honey and finish with additional thyme.
