Ingredients
- 1 French baguette, sliced
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano, freshly grated
- Fresh burrata
- Cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced
- Pesto oil (homemade or store bought, use a little extra virgin olive oil to thin out your pesto)
- Flaky sea salt & fresh cracked pepper to taste
Step-By-Step Recipe Method
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
- In a small bowl, mix together extra virgin olive oil, garlic cloves, and Parmigiano-Reggiano.
- Brush the baguette slices with the mixture and bake for approximately 10 minutes until slightly golden.
- Top the crostini with burrata, cherry tomato slices, pesto oil (using my 5 minute pesto recipe), salt, and pepper. Serve & enjoy!
