This is the perfect recipe to make on a warm summer day because it’s refreshing and light! I love pairing my Bruschetta with a nice glass (or two!) of wine.
How To Make My Classic Tomato Basil Bruschetta

Ingredients
- 1 loaf ciabatta, sliced
- 4 large vine ripe tomatoes, diced
- Handful basil leaves (about 10), chopped
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Burrata
- Balsamic vinegar/glaze to top (optional)
Step-By-Step Recipe Method
- In a mixing bowl, combine the tomatoes, basil, salt, pepper, and oregano, then set aside.
- Drizzle bread with extra virgin olive oil and toast on a grill pan until they’re slightly charred.
- Rub garlic clove on bread and top with fresh Burrata and mixture. Garnish with flaky sea salt and enjoy!
