I love these savory and Easy Pesto Prosciutto Cheese Rolls that are perfect for a quick bite, an appetizer, or even brunch. They’re so easy and you can adjust based on your preference. What You'll Need:

+ Puff Pastry Sheet

+ Burrata or Shredded Mozzarella

+ Pesto

+ Sun-Dried Tomatoes, strained and diced

+ Prosciutto

+ Parmigiano Reggiano, finely grated

+ Cracked Black Pepper

+ Garnish with more Parm and Sea Salt if desired

Steps:

1. Once topped with all ingredients, roll up and secure with parchment paper.

2. Freeze for 15-20 minutes.

3. Cut into 1/2” – 1” slices.

4. Lay onto a baking sheet and brush with butter or egg + water mixture.

5. Bake for approximately 20 minutes at 400 degrees until golden brown.

6. Top with parm & enjoy!
