Since it’s the season of fresh starts and new beginnings, we figured we’d round up some of our favorite healthy (but always delicious) recipes to start the New Year off right. This is my order at Sweetgreen and it’s so easy to make at home! You’ve got to try this harvest salad for a healthy lunch or dinner.
5. Mediterranean Chicken & Potato Bake
I love Mediterranean food and this is a Greek inspired chicken my family and I have been making for years. This is great for an easy weeknight meal because all you have to do is throw everything together and pop it into the oven to bake.
